Onvitron’s research and development activities are carried out in close collaboration with Atlas University. This structure enables the development of new testing methodologies in clinical biochemistry, molecular diagnostics, and hematology, continuous improvement of existing reagent formulations, and rapid product development capabilities for emerging disease markers. In line with current scientific literature and international reference methods, the R&D team continuously expands a portfolio that includes over 300 ready-to-use products, 118 assay test menus, and more than 100 disease markers.

Onvitron Diagnostics was established under Atlas University with the aim of reducing Türkiye’s dependence on imports in the IVD sector and elevating domestic production capacity to international standards. Since its foundation, it has expanded its product portfolio by focusing on the needs of the clinical laboratory ecosystem, strengthened its technical support infrastructure, and adopted customer satisfaction as a key performance indicator.
